X-Men favorite, Gambit, is finally getting his only film.
Last seen in the critically panned X-Men Origins: Wolverine the Ragin’ Cajun played by Taylor Kitsch will hopefully get the respect it deserves. This time out 22 Jump Street star Channing Tatum is stepping into the role. That in it self should help draw an audience to it…especially the female demographic.
With little details out, reports so far have the plot based on a treatment by Gambit co-creator and famed X-Men scribe Chris Claremont.
No release date has been set but hopefully we may get a glimpse of Remy LeBeau in 20th Century Fox’s upcoming X-Men Apocalypse which is being directed by X-Men: Days of Future Past’s Bryan Singer.
