Fire up the Bat-signal, the review embargo for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been lifted and they are flying in as fast as Superman can fly around the world. There is no doubt that this is one of the they highly anticipated films of the year and not a single bad word will hurt its box office stake. And that is a good thing because we here at the Nation have combed through and gathered for you some notable the reviews all in one place….and have not found a single good word.
Entertainment Weekly, keep in mind is a owned by Time Warner, gave its parent company’s film a grade of C+ saying “It’s overstuffed, confusing, and seriously crippled…”
Hollywood Reporter goes far as to say “…the film may be imposing, but it’s not fun.”
While the other Hollywood trade paper, Variety, adds “it would be nice to see these heroes, and this series, take a few more breathers to enjoy the view.”
